  • Contacting Better Numbers directly and requesting disconnection

Following revocation, authorization credentials are deleted or permanently disabled. We retain accounting records, working papers, and other documents only as required by applicable laws, professional standards, engagement agreements, and record retention policies.

Data Retention

We retain client records only for as long as necessary to:

  • Provide contracted services
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Meet professional record retention requirements
  • Resolve disputes
  • Enforce our agreements

When information is no longer required, it is securely deleted or destroyed in accordance with our internal retention practices.

Client Rights and Requests
